1. THE 30-DAY COMFORT GUARANTEE
If your skin experiences initial surface hyper-reactivity, breakouts, or persistent topical discomfort within thirty (30) days of order delivery, you are eligible for our full Comfort Guarantee return window. To initiate a claim, contact our compliance desk at quietlayerskin.com or admin@quietlayerskin.com with your e-commerce order number. We do not force you through administrative loops; we will issue a return shipping label immediately.

2. RETURN & REFUND PARAMETERS
- Due to the sterile nature of cosmetic airless pumps, items returned under the Comfort Guarantee do not need to be completely unused, but they must retain their original primary container packaging (the 50 mL Clear-Chamber Airless Pump Bottle).
- Once your returned package is received and scanned at our operations hub in Annandale, Virginia, your refund will be compiled and executed automatically.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, or Google Pay) within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE INVENTORY
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Because our formula is delivered in heavy corrugated shippers without unnecessary plastic film or secondary outer retail cartons, if your clear plastic pump casing is cracked or the airless piston fails to prime upon delivery, notify our operations desk immediately. We will cross-ship a replacement unit within 24 hours at zero out-of-pocket cost to you.

4. EXCLUSIONS
Our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee applies strictly to your initial evaluation purchase. Subsequent orders or bulk acquisitions of multi-packs (e.g., "The Skin Reset Duo") are eligible for refund only if the additional units remain completely unopened, seals intact, and free of physical contamination. We reserve the right to limit or deny guarantee claims in cases of suspected operational fraud or systematic platform abuse.
